02/23/2025 -- Update 23 (big!)

  • The main content box is a static size now, you scroll inside of it! I think it complements the sidebars much better. Speaking of which...
  • Added some fancy new sidebars! Wanted to fill some of the empty space, and I figured something out :)
  • Added some JavaScript to make changing consistent things across the whole website much easier
  • Footer now uses a texture (that the sidebars also use) instead of a flat grey color
  • Removed some of the buttons in the bottom left, and removed some of the others' links
  • Buttons that link to other pages now dim when hovering over them with the cursor


02/19/2025 -- Update 22

  • Changed up the pictures page -- added new wallpapers and organized a bit
  • Changed some CSS from px to vw to look better on different sized monitors. 1080p is still recommended though, not everything has been changed!
  • Added the little blurb of text under the changelogs section on the home page

  • Made some alterations to the About Me section
  • Changed two of the links in the bottom right

  • Added the entry number to all blog posts
  • Added that guestbook up towards the top of the main page! Go leave a message :)

  • Added a "welcome" section above the "about me"
  • You can now subscribe to a newsletter for blog updates on the blog page! If you want to be notified when I make a new post, check it out!
  • Changed the music on the blog page


10/25/2024 -- Update 17

  • Retired the Art page in favor of the new Music Loops page. I have some music files on this page you can download to use in video editing :-)


09/12/2024 -- Update 16

  • Simplified some code (used a table instead of some janky CSS technique for the image in the "about me")
  • Decreased the amount of smilies on the homepage
  • Reworded/rewrote parts of the about me section
  • Figured out a smarter way to deal with the website's CSS

  • Added some more music :)
  • Optimized the art gallery page by making small .jpg previews (thumbnails)

  • Added music! Comes with the play/pause buttons in the bottom left :)
  • More subtle presentation changes
  • Got rid of that old janky <marquee>
  • Removed Herobrine for real this time

  • Finally rewrote the "About Me" section


05/20/2024 -- Update 9

  • Added a Wallpapers section to the Pictures page in the media gallery. There, you can find the wallpapers I use and some others that are pretty cool :)
  • The marquee in the media gallery no longer stops when hovering over it with the cursor. The marquee element is acting strange and I do not know why
  • Added that little "Most recent update:" bit on the main index page


04/22/2024 -- Upd8

  • Added a new section of the website: the media gallery! It's a collection of GIFs, images, and videos I enjoy, including stamps/blinkies/buttons, ancient videos from the depths of YouTube, and more :)

  • Added a media submission thing to the contact me page
  • Reworded the nav bar in accordance with the new addition

  • Added a bunch of buttons to the righthand side of the screen

04/17/2024 -- Update 5

  • Created a new page for the full changelogs to keep the main page from getting too long
  • Fixed the marquee being cut off 50px from the left side of the screen
  • Replaced the grey background for the main container with a grey texture from thejang.net/textures/ (a website from 1996)
  • Made the homepage marquee have a fixed position on screen, but it only plays once
  • Finished the Music Gallery page


04/16/2024 -- Update 4

  • Changed the white background of the main container to a shade of grey to make the viewing experience a little easier on the eyes
  • Changed the wording of the hitcount from "Welcome visitor #____ :)" to "Website visits: ____"


04/15/2024 -- Reinstatement

While editing my blog on the 11th, NeoCities locked me out of my site or something. I finally have access to it again, to my relief.

Outside of that though, I upgraded to supporter and that brought about the following changes:

  • Added a working visitor counter!
  • "Last Updated" updates on its own now.
  • The contact form is now formatted and behaves as expected!
  • The domain has been changed from hadync.neocities.org to hadyn.org :)
  • Added a border to the footer
  • Added a marquee (that scrolling text at the top of this page)
  • Added a drop shadow to the header of this page
  • Added a custom button for my site & Steam button on every page
  • Removed the fake copyright from the footer lol
  • Removed Herobrine


04/11/2024 -- Stylization

  • As epic as it was, removed the dragon background for a more simple space background. As overdone space backgrounds are in these kinds of websites, it does look a lot cleaner.
  • Changed the wording on the "Contact Me" page to make more sense.
  • Added the little Neocities button to the bottom right. Mostly because it's good to know how to do that, but also because it looks good.
  • Added a contact form to the "Contact Me" page. Not really sure if it's working right now, but hopefully it starts cooperating.


04/10/2024 -- Website's Inception

Got bored at work, decided I'd finally make a website for myself. Looks pretty basic so far but I like it :)
I'm glad I've finally gone done it!!
